Babies, babies, babies!

Join your little one to celebrate and learn during their first year of life!

Our Parent-Infant and Parent-Mover Classes meet September - May once a week at our SSC campus location.

​

Infants (0-6 months old as of 8/31) – Thursdays 12:30pm-2:30pm 

Movers (6-12 months old as of 8/31) – Fridays 9am-11am

​

One time Registration Fee: $50

 

Need-based scholarships are available, please inquire.

Class includes access to parenting seminars, special events, parenting consults and resource sharing.

Our day is flexible but always contains:

 

For parents –  

  • Time to ask questions, share ideas and socialize with other parents

  • Make friends with others in the same stage of life and learn a similar parenting philosophy.

  • Topic-lead discussions around child development, guidance, sleep, first foods, communication, life balance, language, and more.

 

For baby –

  • class will grow and change as baby grows from swaddler to waddler

  • Singing, bouncing, and dancing

  • A fun, safe space for babies and movers to observe other children and play together

  • First friends

  • Toys to manipulate, art materials to smoosh, bubbles to watch or pop

Tuition range for babies classes: $68-$75/month.

  • Isn't this a part of Co-op Preschools?
    We are part of the SSC Co-op Preschool system but we are not very co-op-y! There are a few “jobs” we need your help with but mostly you come and are nurtured. There are no required evening meetings.
  • Am I committing for the whole year?
    We know that baby brings lots of changes. Although most people continue, sometimes people need to drop in the middle of the year. We go month to month from September through May. We hold your spot, and you pay tuition, every month until you tell us differently. (In other words, people attend regularly and do not drop in).
  • What else does my co-op membership include?
    Parenting seminars held 1-2x/month in the evening, occasional family events such as concerts, 1:1 parenting consults, and resource sharing.
