About the event
Join us in using mindfulness and collage to create a Vision Board for 2026. Take time to pause and reflect with Teachers Liz and Heidi, who will guide you through mindful exercises and discussion about wellness and personal goals for the new year. You will leave with a visual representation to help manifest your thoughtful intentions!
