About the event
Do you have an anxious child? Do you trend anxious yourself? Our “hurry up” world–with its 24/7 news cycle and oceans of information–is certainly no help. It can be difficult to know how to successfully offer comfort and support to our children. Come join us to learn what anxiety is, the physiology of the anxious response, and how to care for ourselves and our children when our nervous systems start to run away from us.
