About the event

Many kids love to run, jump, and tackle - but how much roughhousing is ok? How do we keep physical play safe and not let kids spiral out of control? First join us online to about the importance of physical play for kids' health and development and how to channel it appropriately on Thursday May 1st, and then join us in-person with your child for a hands-on experience on Sunday May 4th. We are partnering with Kypros Hostetter, Co-op Alum and owner of Gracie Jiu Jitsu Seattle, and Christina Tobie, LMFT and jiu Jitsu instructor, for an amazing guided physical play session. Become empowered to wrestle and play with kids to help them learn and grow through physical movement.
